Our 3 Bed Apartment is fully self contained and sleeps up to 6. Beds can be Superior King or Twin. Room 1 is ensuite with a TV. Room 2 and 3 share the main apartment bathroom(bath/shower) and there is a kitchen lounge with a TV. Ideal for contractors, family or a group of friends.
The apartment comes with iron, ironing board, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, water bottles and local Southport chocolate. The kitchen has a fridge, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and full utensils. A travel cot is available upon request.
Our Super King Ensuite Rooms can all be made into twins or kept in a huge super king bed. We have 7 super king rooms at both the front and the back of the guest house, 3 rooms on the first floor and 4 rooms on the second floor. All rooms come with TV, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, water bottles and local Southport chocolate.

Our spacious and homely lounge is for use of all guests staying in the main house, there is a kitchen preparation area with large fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machines, microwave and sink plus crockery, cutlery and glasses. Guests can prepare their self provided meals, or enjoy a takeaway. There is a dining table for 6.
The lounge area has books, games like Uno, Scrabble, Twister and 3 comfy sofas to watch the large TV. Use your own netflix account to watch movies.
